Alexandra Zubko is the founder of Alex Talks AI LLC, a boutique advisory firm that enables investors, C-suite leaders, and business owners to outperform competitors through practical AI strategy and implementation.

With over twenty-five years of experience across finance, strategy, and technology, Alex brings a unique perspective at the intersection of markets and innovation. She began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and M&A at NBCUniversal, later joined McKinsey, and went on to lead global strategy at InterContinental Hotels Group before founding and scaling several tech startups in travel and e-commerce.

Today, Alex advises hedge funds and tech companies on how to harness AI for differentiated insight, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Her work spans AI use cases in writing, research and workflow automation. She also works cross-functionally with leadership teams to build AI literacy and identify efficiencies and opportunities across the firm so adoption drives differentiated returns.

Alex is known for bridging strategy and execution: she helps clients translate emerging AI capabilities into actionable workflows that improve decision-making speed and quality. Her approach is analytical, pragmatic, and informed by years of operating experience leading global teams through technological change.
